Éric Cardinal President   Éric Cardinal is a Communication and Inter-governmental relations specialist. He is knowledgeable in political affairs, the nuts and bolts of procedures and negotiations. His PHD in law focused on constitutional and aboriginal law.

With a background in journalism, a profession at which he had excelled before devoting his energy towards aboriginal law, Éric Cardinal has developed and maintained important contacts within the governmental, public relations and media domains. He is also the award-winning author of the book “De Kébec à Québec: cinq siècles d’échanges entre nous” and coordinator of the research project “Peuples autochtones et gouvernance”.
